FrankLab Privacy Policy

FrankLab collects account information, workspace activity, billing records, files that users upload or generate, and integration settings needed to operate connected services.

When a user connects Google or YouTube, FrankLab may store OAuth credentials, including refresh tokens, client identifiers, and related connection metadata so the user can access YouTube features from the FrankLab cabinet.

FrankLab uses YouTube channel data only to display channel analytics, such as view counts, subscriber counts, and video counts, inside the authenticated partner dashboard.

We access daily channel view statistics via the YouTube Analytics API solely to display performance charts on the partner's own dashboard. This data is not shared with third parties and is used in accordance with the Limited Use requirements.

When a partner publishes a video from their cabinet, we upload it to the partner's own YouTube channel on their behalf, only as explicitly initiated or scheduled by the partner. We never post content without the partner's instruction.

When a partner connects Google Sheets, we create/update spreadsheets in their account solely to export reports they request. We do not read or modify unrelated spreadsheets.

Your use of the YouTube features of FrankLab is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

FrankLab does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit scoring, or unrelated profiling.

FrankLab shares data only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or operate required infrastructure and API providers.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connection credentials are kept while the integration is active or while retention is required for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Users can revoke Google access in their Google Account permissions and can remove the corresponding connection in FrankLab. Revoked or deleted connections are no longer used for new dashboard reads.
