FrankLab Terms of Service
Effective date: May 26, 2026. These terms describe the baseline rules for using FrankLab as a B2B AI video platform, API surface, and connected integration cabinet.
Service
FrankLab is a B2B SaaS and API platform for AI video generation, media workflows, partner cabinets, billing, and connected publishing or analytics integrations.
Access to some features may require an approved account, an active balance, valid credentials, or separate provider configuration.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the content they upload, generate, publish, or connect to FrankLab, including rights, permissions, licenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
Users must only connect Google, YouTube, and other third-party accounts that they own or are authorized to manage.
Third-party services
FrankLab may integrate with external providers, including Google and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, quotas, scopes, and availability.
If credentials are invalid, revoked, expired, or missing a required scope, FrankLab may limit or disable the related integration until the connection is corrected.
Billing, availability, and changes
Paid usage, balances, tariffs, and refunds are governed by the commercial terms agreed with the partner and by the billing records shown in FrankLab.
FrankLab may update, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with provider requirements, maintain service reliability, or prevent abuse.
